Subject to a long running discussion on the planning for the site which has ultimately been refused by the council.  The Planning application has been withdrawn whehteer a revised scheme will be submitted is not clear.

Refused Scheme was partly to provide a income for the Cathedral and was to be developed by VIVID

Inspector refused scheme on appeal.
