A overall plan to open up riverside as far as practical on both sides of the river from MillBrook to Ladymead.  The result will be a corridodir on both sides of the river linking exiting areas and new areas for development.

Comment:

A central part of the Shaping Guildford's Proposals.  Will require preservation of riverside areas through a number of landholdings and the provision of ne w infrastrucutre e.g. a planned bridge from the St Mary's Development to the Yvonne Arnaud site.
