Partially started and then paused whilst the scheme is modified now coming forward with more residential and substantially less parking.

Site is now a joint venture with the developer WATES.

The site will have 40% Affordable Rented/Shared ownership.  The marked 60% will consist of a large element of Build to Rent with only 29 unites being sold on the open market.
