The Guildford Local Plan Policy A15 has allocated 100 houses on the South Side of the Cathdral Hill leading down to Arlesford Rd.
A new round of consultation has now commentnced. VIVID and Guildford Cathedral held a public webinar on Thursday, 23 September at 6pm, to share their proposals for new homes on land adjacent to the Cathedral.
For those of you who cannot attend the live webinar, a recording will be available online after the event, along with the presentation information. The developers hope to submit a planning application in Autumn 2021.
