The site has been acquired by Elysian Residences and have conducted one small scale engagement exercise with the local community.   The site currently consists of a series of buildings, most will be demolished but Grade II-listed Braboeuf Manor, which will be retained and refurbished.

Elysian have now refined their proposals.

Elysian are also launching a website giving details of the scheme 5th July 2023 at www.elysianguildford.co.uk

The information boards can be found by entering the site - note the site then allows you to move around the boards using your mouse.  Alternative look at PDF file appended below.

The Development Proposed

Elysian make the following claims for their development.

  • Deliver up to 350 high-quality homes, (We believe many of these will be Senior Living Apartments)
  • A new public restaurant and community spaces.
  • Re-use a brownfield site for housing.
  • Open up the site’s parkland, enabling local residents and
  • visitors to enjoy these previously private spaces.
  • Provide an integrated community, ensuring that those living in the
  • area can benefit from and access key services and facilities.

Fuller details on the site can be found on our key sites post and previous post at the links below.
